"Confessions of a Sinful Nun" follows devout Sister Charlotte (Charlotte Stokely) as she lives a peaceful life with her other sisters. Unfortunately, everything will change when Sister Lily (Lily Adams) arrives at the convent. Sister Charlotte is suddenly seduced by the temptation of another woman. This attraction will shatter everything she believes in. Meanwhile, Mother Superior (Nina Hartley) will have to deal with other forbidden behavior around the convent.

Sister Mona (Mona Wales) learns that she will be transferred to Mother Joan`s (Magdalene St. Michaels) abbey. Mother Joan rules her abbey very differently. She`s tough, very strict with her nuns, and she`s determined to put a stop to Sister Mona`s immoral behavior. Meanwhile, Sister Charlotte (Charlotte Stokely) needs to take on more responsibility in her convent. With the help of a recently transferred novitiate, Tina (Kenna James), she wants to make sure that Mother Superior`s (Nina Hartley) lovely way of living stays as it is for a long time. Unfortunately for them, the diocese doesn`t see it the same way and their accepted way of life may be shaken to its core!
